Associate/Lawyer
Sultan Al-Abdulla & Partners
Providing counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters
Carrying our legal research and preparing legal opinions
Drafting or reviewing contracts and providing counsel in relation thereto
Representing clients in negotiating a variety of transactions and advising clients on alternatives and implications
Reviewing contentious and non-contentious files and advising clients on alternatives and strategies
Preparing memorials and affidavits for submission to courts or tribunals
Advising on interpretation of laws and application of regulatory matters
Skills
A Bachelor of Law degree from a recognised university
Minimum 5 years experience relating to corporate and commercial matters with a reputable law firm with emphasis on international transactions.
Must have a good command of English and Arabic
Litigation experience will be a plus
